The absense of justice in Scotland.

I have written many times about my disapproval of so called Scottish Justice, and if anyone had any doubt whether my disgust was justified or not here is a prime example of how ridiculous it is.

My local paper, "The Ayrshire Post" brought this story to my notice of an incident such as I have spoken about where scum has been released by do-gooders only to commit a worse crime than the ones he had been caged up for, but released long before his time was served.

A cross dressing serial pervert murdered a young woman after being released from prison THIRTEEN YEARS early.

Gavin Boyd was let out of prison just seven years into a twenty years sentence- to kill 20 year old Vikki McGrand, and to make matters worse minimum supervision was given to the highly dangerous sex offender in the weeks leading up to the murder.
He had been in Peterhead Prison (a high security prison for the most dangerous criminals) from 1999 after a terrifying sex attack on a teenager which left her scarred for life.
He had TWICE been released from a state mental hospital before he committed THAT assault, but despite his shocking record he was set FREE in 2006.
His crimes consisted from first convicted in 1977 aged 18 of theft and willful fire raising (admitted to Carstairs Mental Hospital) released nine years later and quickly committed crimes he was convicted of, for indecent assault, theft, housebreaking, breach of the peace, and breach of bail.
He was recalled to the mental hospital but the authorities released him AGAIN in 1992.
THEN in 1999 while on licence he tried to rape a 19 year old girl in her home, repeatedly hitting her with a knife.
The young woman was left disfigured as a result of the attack.

All these sick crimes committed, but he was STILL released to KILL Vikki McGrand!

When are the idiots who release these scum back into society going to learn that their way only leads to more crime with needless loss of innocent lives, and that these people need to be locked up away from decent human beings.

I have said it before, that if it were some of their family who were murdered by scum,THEY had released then they would see the error of their ways, and keep evil behind bars.
Personally if one of mine came to harm from scum that had been in prison and had been released by some idiot in power, I would want the person responsible for the scum walking the streets to serve a prison sentence too as THEY are as much to blame as the criminal.

As I say, this is a prime example of the lack of justice in Scotland, and until it is rectified we will never be safe walking our streets, or in this case even our homes.
What a sad picture of Scotland the rest of the world gets from these cases, and if the Scottish National Party had the nations interests at heart the way it professes to have then THEY should be prioritizing it as one of their main concerns instead of contributing to it by releasing convicted murderers like Megrahi when they have never proved their innocence.

It is little wonder the public have no faith in our courts when we constantly read of cases like this.

I have been so sick to the teeth, about all the ridiculous things happening here that I did not know which one to write about. So many choices of disgusting decisions by the people we depend on to serve justice on the perpetrators of this country that always seem to end up making a laughing stock of the system which was supposedly made to protect the innocent, and punish the criminal.
Not so it seems,as we are paying out money (over two thousand pounds) to disruptive prisoners who were locked away separately from other more peaceful prisoners for the safety of the said more peaceful prisoners, and the prison officers.
We have paid out thousands of pounds to pay off prisoners who claimed their human rights were being abused because they had to slop out.
These offender knew what they were getting into when they committed their crimes, and knew what would happen to them if they were disruptive, so why are we paying them money when they should be getting punished, a punishment they knew they would get, and deserve?

We have a convicted murderer in Scotland,(Beggs, the limbs in the loch murderer) who had already killed once and through a technicality was released to kill again, which he did.
In prison for the second murder he committed he has been trying to appeal against his conviction for the ten years we have managed to keep him behind bars, but now some fool has decided to allow him to appeal, on the slight technicality of the case being made too public before it went to court.
Knowing the idiots that run our justice system (the Magrahi affair an example although there are many more) this double murderer is more than likely to be released by the system that calls itself justice.
He only wants out to kill again, and make another laughing stock of our courts,as he obviously gets as many kicks out of that as he does when he takes a life, but then again, as it is so easy to make a fool of our justice system, maybe the kicks for that are getting less, and he will kill more people this time.
The time of the courts and the money spent on this appeal should not have been wasted on this vermin, and if he does get out he might find he would have been safer in prison, because the people of this nation are so sick of what is happening here HIS life might be in danger, as a well meaning member of the public might just cut his throat, giving him the justice he deserved for the first murder he committed, not to mention the second, which would never have happened if it were not for the fools who let him go.

As for the payments to the poor wee souls in jail.
Well, they will soon be coming out with more money than they earned from the crime they committed to put them in there, and with the lenient sentences that are handed out here, it might just be worth it if we all got in on the act.

Well why should our criminals have all the fun and profit when it is us that is paying for it?

When they are looking for the answer to the question of why there is so much crime in the country, they need look no further than our stupid human rights law and the idiots that enforce it.
We are not allowed to punish mischievous children who, turn into bad teenagers, who, get sympathy rather than punishment, who turn into the murderers, and violent criminals that roam our streets waiting to be caught and make a fool of our policemen, and law lords who's hands are tied because of the human rights law.
When are we going to see sense and scrap it?

Why was the Gaddafi regime not brought to justice?

Staying on the subject of my last post, I have to wonder what kind of deal was made with Colonel Gaddafi of Libya, when we only accepted one person in the shady deal that was made, as it was obvious to the rest of the world, THEN and NOW that more than one person was involved.
More should have been done at the time to root out the perpetrators who carried out this vile attack on innocent people, and by handing over one person Gaddafi was admitting his part in the bombing, therefore more action should have been taken against HIM and his regime, instead of settling for this one feeble gesture.

It is like everything else in this world nowadays, be seen to be doing something to appease the victim's nearest and dearest, while all the time thinking of the easiest solution to the problem.
Lets not fill our jails to over capacity, lets not pursue the matter any further, lets go easy on the criminals, they will learn from their mistakes.
WHAT A LAUGH!

A laugh for the criminals, as all these solutions cause is mayhem, when time, and taxpayers money are used to listen to their appeals and gripes, as they take us to the cleaners, backed up by a stupid "law of human rights" thought up by some bunch of fools who never went far enough into the pitfalls this law would create.

The law is so much on the side of the criminals now, that all the authorities can do is, pretend to be seen carrying out justice, when all the time its just a stab at appeasing the public.

The public are no fools, and people power is coming more to the fore every day, so the idiots whose voices are being heard now will soon be shot down in flames as sanity will be restored before this sad world becomes any worse.

The world knows the Libyan regime was responsible for the Lockerbie bombing, not just one man, but as that one man was sacrificed as a feeble appeasement, the politicians who agreed to the shady deal, and the politicians of the future, should learn from these mistakes, and realise the easy way out they think they are taking only leads to bigger problems in the future.

solve a problem........cash for the coffers.

Once again the majority are going to suffer, thanks to the mindless minority because the only answer our politicians can come up with when a problem arises is, hike more money on to it, making sure they benefit out of it rather than solve the matter.
Everything from global warming to the yob culture on our streets is taken care of by increasing prices on fuel (which bumps up the cost of everything else) to tobacco and drink. Who do they think they are kidding, and if they are so naive as to think our culture is going to change by hiking up prices then their position in government should be looked at. The drink problems of our youths who stand on street corners is nothing new but it is getting worse, it is thanks to E.U. rules that makes their parents afraid to punish them in any way for fear of reprisals. Ever since the E.U. stepped in with their ridiculous ruling on punishments we have become an almost lawless society with criminals and crimes running rings round the courts, as at every cut and turn they have a law to protect THEM instead of the law protecting the victims and the peace loving citizen of this country who, are in the majority.

On watching loose women today I was disappointed in Carol on her opinion on C.C.T.V.
as she is very much against them. I personally think they do more good than bad as tracking victims of abduction and murder have proved very useful in solving crimes.
I wonder how Carol or any other like minded person would feel if someone they treasured was rescued thanks to this system. Other Countries like South Africa have really benefited from them and proved that in the right hands and with the right sentences handed out they work.

more rewards for crime

Binyam Mohamed was quick to condemn the British government on his release by accusing them of being involved in the torture he suffered at Guantanamo Bay.
At the time of his arrest when suspicion was running high he only put himself in danger by traveling to Pakistan and Afghanistan on a false passport with the feeble excuse that he always wanted to visit a Muslim country. If that was his only reason for traveling he could have picked a better time and done it legally which would have saved him all the hassle so, in that respect I have less sympathy for him.
If he is genuinely innocent I do feel for him being so stupid as not to realise the situation he was getting himself into but true to form Britain is going to reward him for his stupidity by giving him generous financial benefits.
These people are quick to jump on the bandwagon when it comes to the generosity of the British government, but are quick to condemn them. They also seem to always be safe in the knowledge that the British taxpayer will cough up the money whether they are innocent or not. It is a pity the government is not so free with our money when it comes to our pensioners who are the poorest in Europe, probably because our money is paid out to the law breakers without any thought for them. Binyam Mohamed broke the law by traveling on a false passport and O.K. if he is innocent of terrorism did not deserve to go to Guantanamo Bay, but he also does not deserve financial reward for his stupidity.
Pensioners take note of easy ways to boost your pension BREAK THE LAW that's the message from the British government!

more abuse of tax payers money

I am venting my anger today at the ludicrous decision of the British legal aid system who has awarded an (ex policeman)but always will be dangerous rapist the sum of one hundred thousand pounds to appeal against his pension being reduced by one third. This is another example of lowlife being taken by the hand and the tax payers money being used for a cause that should not be considered in the first place and for scum taking advantage of a system that they have no right to. This arrogant rapist committed these crimes while in the guise of a police officer when all the time he was abusing his position to violate the chastity of innocent timid women who are supposed to rely on the law to protect them. In this case the law has abused them in more ways than one, firstly by the scum that raped them then, by the legal aid system who awarded the money, and thirdly by the legal system that allows vermin like that to appeal against anything. The tax payers money that is wasted on these criminals who are convicted (without a doubt) is a disgrace to the British legal system as not only are the legal aid funds being abused, the courts are getting tied up with cases that do not warrant a hearing and, adding all the expense this entails proves our money is being frittered away on scum, outraging the people who contribute the money for people who really warrant it.
All too often, immediately a criminal is convicted an appeal is lodged by his lawyer pleading his innocence and with little new evidence another court and another load of tax payers money is used needlessly only to put the scum back where they belong BEHIND BARS WITH NO LUXURIES, (but sadly they do get luxuries). The scum who is trying to reinstate his full pension should be refused point blank, castrated to take the arrogance out of him and give the women he raped a sense of justice. Another point that should be looked at is the jobs of the idiots who awarded this sum, if they are dishing out our money as easily as this they should be sacked. There is NO way that these scum deserved our money and in any other occupation I know of, that particular person would not even have received a pension from the conributions HE made never mind a full pension.
It is time the victims in this country were considered and the abusers given the punishments they deserve.

improper use of fog lights.

It seems to be a trend nowadays to use front fog lights for decoration and not for the one and only purpose they were installed for, FOG!!!! Women who, I usually have great respect for their driving seem to be the worst offenders with the young boy racers a close second.
Obviously having seen how these cars look on approach the young boy racers must have found this attractive and copied the woman. More and more people seem to be taking up the practice as, after all we are a breed of copycats. With some new makes of cars the fog lamps are almost as bright as full headlights and dazzle oncoming drivers, hence the reason that it is ILLEGAL to use them other than in thick fog when other drivers are not affected by them. The police force could fill up their coffers if they were to clamp down on these offenders as all they would need to do would be to stand at the end of any stretch of road and stop the numerous cars that break this law. As for the offenders, do not expect oncoming traffic to dip their lights for you when you have no consideration for them. With the police making less money from speeding the fog light offenders had better beware!

Human rights?

I have already mentioned this subject before but after reading my newspaper this morning I feel it is worth another mention. When people commit INHUMAN deeds why should they have the cheek to fall back on a law that they have no right to, after all it is called human rights and people who commit brutal needless cold blooded murders more than once and are classed as a psychopath with probably no hope of being cured are anything but human.
It only goes to show how STUPID the E.U. laws are becoming when people like this are freed to kill again, AND kill again they will. How many times has this happened before when a killer or rapist has been set free by some do-good moron only to strike again after having succeeded in conning the gullible IDIOTS who are put in the responsible position of protecting British subjects through SUPPOSED justice only to return crime to our streets. When these scum are released and kill or rape again the IDIOTS that are responsible for their release should be locked up along with the criminals they let loose among us and given the same sentence, because the agony the victims families are going through is their fault and they might as well have killed or raped the victims their selves. I would not like it on my conscience To hear that someone had been murdered or raped because I let the scum out to re offend, but these IDIOTS have no conscience or brains and should not be in the position to let this happen in the first place.If they had to face the consequences they would not be STUPID enough to let this happen but sadly until we rid our officialdom of these morons this will continue and the deaths of innocent people will occur not only at the hands of murderers but at the hands of the totally useless fools in office who aid and abet them.

The law is an ass

I was going to have another gripe at the T.V. companies today but after listening to the ridiculous statement of the judge who let a blatant criminal free because the victim was too honest and believable to address the jury in case it swayed their judgment, I have decided to address that subject. I am now going to give my views on that and other idiotic things connected to the ludicrous laws and judgments of this country and the E.U. Firstly the judge in question should be disbarred (or whatever term is used when a judge is SACKED) with immediate effect as there is nothing in the law books that remotely gives rise to such a decision. Secondly when someone in his position is obviously on the side of the offender he is no longer doing the job he is getting paid for by the crown, or in other words us, the tax payer and when someone is so useless at their job sacking is the best policy. There is no saying what damage a fool like this could do if he was allowed to continue making idiotic decisions like this. Criminals of all descriptions would be walking the streets because it was too easy to find them guilty. (Is that not why they appear in court in the first place)?
It is bad enough in this country when law breakers are thought more of than the victims and are given more consideration than poor pensioner who was mugged or the women who get raped, or the families who have lost a loved one by some murderous scum. The police go to all the trouble catching these criminals,spend hours putting a case together so they have a solid case for conviction and most of the so called judges give the most lenient sentence available letting the criminals laugh at the idiotic do-gooders who are in the minority but are paid more attention to than the majority.
When you commit a crime you should be prepared to accept the punishment and know full well that it is punishment you are going to get ,NOT being put up in a tax payers hotel and allowed to dictate your future. Criminals should forfeit their human rights when they commit crimes against the human race that are minding their own business and trying to lead a peaceful and unhassled life. What kind of signal does it put out to the criminal minded when they can sue the prison service for having to slop out. They knew before they committed their crime that, that was part of their punishment,and STILL should be along with less comforts and serving a full sentence instead of being put away for a short holiday with more comforts than some of them have in their own homes. Idiotic judges should be brought to boot when they make a mess of their work and the do-gooders who think evil criminals should be treated with kid gloves would think differently if THEY, their mother or a close member of their family was raped, murdered defiled or experienced at close quarters some of these horrific crimes. The softly softly approach does NOT work so it is time these people were taken out of society and make our streets a safe place to walk again.
