Human Rights Brigade.

human rightsImage by Sean MacEntee via Flickr
JUSTICE SERVED TO RIOTERS.

Once again when justice is seen to be served in our courts the famous war cry from the Human rights brigade rears its ugly head.
They are now claiming that the sentences being handed out in court to the looters and rioters from last weeks disgrace are too severe.
It is obvious that none of them suffered the loss of their business stock or were burned out of house and home by these criminals, nor would any of them have been terrorized by these thugs when being involuntary caught up in the riots.
Do they not realize that it is thanks to them that discipline has been taken from the home and justice taken from our courts.
The Human Rights Laws have been taken to the extreme by this minority and it is mainly because of this that these riots took place.
Thanks to them, parents are afraid to chastise their children, and our police forces are afraid to do their job in case of reprisals from the abused Human Rights laws.
The only way to prevent more of these riots taking place is to dish out severe sentences to these lawless mobs or it will become more common place.
Discipline begins in the home from where respect arises and these two important factors are what is sadly missing in today's society.

Englands riots.

The main reason for the rioting in England is the lack of discipline in the past and the misuse of the Human Rights laws coming home to roost.

The police had to stand and watch the thugs run riot because thanks to the goody goodies, the police were too afraid of repercussion to their actions thanks to the misuse of the Human Rights rulings.
The police are not living in fear of the thugs and criminals, they are living in fear of the very people they are trying to protect, who jump at every chance they get to find fault in everything they do.
What good is a police force when it has come to this?
It is time that offenders such as these and all convicted criminals were refused Human Rights, then maybe our police forces could go in with some confidence when having to deal with these situations.

These disgusting scenes will become more common place in our streets if sense is not allowed to prevail and punishment is brought back to all levels of our society.

There is never any justice dished out in our courts to appease the victims of crime and in recent years all criminals are able to seek refuge or compensation by using a law that was introduced to protect the downtrodden of this world, not to be abused by anyone who discovers a loophole.

Its time to wake up to this ridiculous abuse of the Human Rights law, use it for the purpose and people it was meant to protect or the consequences will become even more dire.

These recent events prove that you cannot fight violence with a softly softly approach when all you succeed in doing is be laughed at by criminals.
Its time to take a stand and bring discipline back into our society, starting with the home, our schools and the courts.

The fools who think we should have sympathy for these thugs should be sent to the front line to face the thugs and see then if their tactics work.
They wouldn't be so quick to shout about Human Rights for everyone when they were being attacked.

Use the law in a sensible way and maybe then we will all sleep easier at night.

David Camerons visit to China

DAVOS/SWITZERLAND, 29JAN10 - David Cameron, Le...Image via WikipediaSome people in Britain are faulting David Cameron on his visit to China for concentrating his efforts on promoting business first instead of pointing out the faults regarding China's "human rights laws" or rather the lack of them.

If China is watching the disastrous attempts at justice in Europe that the European Courts of Human Rights has forced upon us then they must be disgusted at the very thought of Cameron, or any other European leader suggesting that they follow in their footsteps.

I am all for the human rights laws when they are used for the purpose they were introduced, but when criminals are the main beneficiaries then its time we looked at our own pathetic rules before preaching to others, no matter how cruel we seem to think their laws are.

I do not approve of some of the things China's dictatorship dishes out, but lessons could be learned from both parties on justice, as China at least treats crimes like rape and murder with the contempt they deserve and punish these offenders which make their streets a safer place to be than ours.
The victims of these crimes in China get justice which is more than can be said for us, so anyone who expects China to fall into our ways should think again, because the example Europe has set in that respect has made them a laughing stock rather than act to follow.

Once we start to use the "human rights laws" to benefit victims, and stop criminals abusing the system, then we might get countries like China and their like, to sit up and take notice, but until then we should keep our heads down and start protecting our own countrymen.

I am well aware of the political prisoners that they have in China, jailed for speaking against the regime, and for others who are punished for similar beliefs, but through time these dictatorships will soften and see the error of their ways as others have, though hopefully they wont go to the other extreme like us and have the criminals doing the dictating.

When these people commit their crimes they are well aware of the punishment it warrants (or should warrant) so they should forfeit all claims to the Human Rights Laws and all the other luxuries that are loaded upon them by the disillusioned do-gooders we seem to breed these days.

It used to be that the majority were catered for but nowadays its the minority who are listened to and it is taking us down a road we will never recover from if we let it continue.

By all means HAVE a human rights law but make sure it is the decent human beings who benefit from it, and not the scum who are allowed to abuse our system.
Sort that out and you will get the respect from other countries who might THEN listen to you, but until that time, realise how disgusted the majority of Europeans are at the misuse of this law never mind outsiders.

European laws on human rights.

European Court of Human Rights - Cour Européen...Image via WikipediaOnce again we have the court of the European Law for human rights changing laws to suit the criminal.
Scotland has to fall into line with the rest of Europe and allow criminals who are being questioned to have a lawyer present at all times when being questioned.
I have no qualms with this, but I do object, if cases from the past are going to benefit from this new law, even if it was as soon as the day before this judgement comes into play.

The officers followed the law when questioning criminals of the past, so anyone questioned without a lawyer present then should not be considered to benefit from this NEW law as it has no relevance to past cases.
What chance have the police if all their hard work of the past is quashed by one of the new changes the European Union come up with every day just to prove to the community that they are still alive?

How many murderers and rapists are going to be freed because of this, and if they decide to change another law, are we always going to go back and look at old cases, fill our already over stretched courts to set more killers free?
Did the release of Megrahi not bring enough shame on our nation, or are we going to be a laughing stock again by letting more killers off scot free?

I have yet to hear of a case of an innocent victim being helped by the law of human rights, only criminals who do not deserve the use of this law.
The victims should be given more consideration than the criminals and any new laws should be for them, not rules that allows the criminal element of our society to make a bigger mockery of the system while having a good laugh at the leniency of justice in today's sad world.

For all the good they are to the innocent people it was designed for, it should be renamed "The European Court of Human Rights for Criminals," as they are the only ones who benefit from it.

Its a pity their laws and actions are not as impressive as their building in the picture above, then they might prove worthy of such a place to hold court, as it is an old hut would suffice.

For an organization that was contrived to HELP victims it does anything but!
It is time some common sense was brought back into our failing justice system and we start to punish criminals again.
If they want to keep on committing crimes then they must be prepared to take their punishment, not go crying to human rights and expect sympathy.
If in fact they commit serious crimes they should lose all entitlement to that law as some of the crimes committed are not humane, and do not justify protection from a court that is supposed to be for HUMAN RIGHTS!
These people are NOT human, and have NO rights.

The world is already suffering more at the hands of criminals thanks to the absence of justice, its time to take a stand or pity help our future generations.

Ann Ogg, the sex offenders friend.

Poor pay sees lawyers stop legal aid workImage by publik16 via Flickr

Once again we have the shameless lawyer Ann Ogg aiding and abetting the pervert John Bermingham, gaining legal aid to fight an interim sexual offences prevention order, banning him from buses during school travel times. He has already broken this order which should have put him right back in jail where he belongs, but no, at the taxpayers expense he has two police officers guarding him because he cannot travel alone for his own safety, while his lawyer shows no remorse when plundering funds designated for the needy and the worthy both of which Bermingham is not.

The two officers must have great restraint, having to guard this scum, (who committed two vile attacks on young girls in the same day,) without wanting to take some kind of revenge their selves.

He has been freed three years earlier than he was supposed to be, AGAINST CROWN OPPOSITION, and now he, and his accomplice Ann Ogg are using the "European law of human rights" claiming the order is against HIS human rights.

He has been dished out money to fight an order rightly placed on him to protect the innocent humans of this world, using a law earmarked to protect the innocent humans of this world, and if he is successful and strikes again (which he will, if the public don't get to him first) every one who aided him should spend time in jail.
Perhaps if this was the case Ann Ogg and her like would not be so keen to fight for scum like this, with the fear of a prison sentence hanging over them should he commit these revolting offences again. Also his abettors should be made to meet the poor victims he violated to see the ruination it has brought to their lives, maybe then we would get lawyers fighting for justice in this world, and not go chasing vermin, and live off the blood money stolen from the innocent.

If the scum that Ann Ogg is aiding and abetting attacks any member of my family, not only will Bermingham need police protection, she will too, and I am sure there are plenty more like minded people out there who feel the same way.
The general public are sick to the teeth with the lack of justice in this country, and will only take so much before there is an uprising against it, which could take many forms.
The same unrest is happening in other countries to, so beware!

The law is an ass.

United Nations Human Rights Council logo.Image via Wikipedia

Was the European law on human rights brought out for criminals only, because all we hear about is criminals, and perverts abusing a law that was made to protect the innocent, not allow vermin to exploit it.I never hear of victims benefiting from it, but then again that would not sell newspapers, and the very fact that the media publicise when criminals benefit is because they know it will outrage the public, BECAUSE ITS WRONG! That sells newspapers!
I do not understand why criminals who have sentences passed on them can be allowed to take up busy courtrooms and use, never mind abuse this law.
Sentences have been overturned with no thought to the victims, while the lawbreakers walk away having made fools out of a so called justice system. This has cost the taxpayers a substantial amount of money so far, not to mention the stress it causes the victims and their families, and it will only escalate if this law is not changed. How long is it going to take, how much more humiliation has the justice system got to go through, and how much pain has the innocent got to suffer before this law is changed.
I have said it before, and I will keep on saying it until the idiots who made this stupid law alter it in a way that criminals cannot benefit from it.
The law is truly an ass in this country.

Lawyer Ann Ogg should hang her head in shame.

Another blunder by our idiotic judges, letting the disgusting sex attacker John Bermingham free to attack some poor innocent person who is unaware at this moment that this sick pervert has been released into our society to attack them, by using a law brought out to protect his victims rather than the vermin that HE is.
When are our courts of justice going to wake up to the fact that these scum should have NO rights as far as HUMAN rights are concerned, because there is nothing human about raping and assaulting young women and girls and putting them through horrific ordeals that will linger in their memories for life..........if they survive.
Scum like him should be locked away for life with no reprieves under any circumstances, and by doing so, WILL save MANY others from suffering.
When his next victim is attacked and they prove HE was to blame, let the idiotic judges who let him out to reoffend spend time in jail too, and on their release never let them have anything more to do with justice as they obviously have no idea what JUSTICE really means.
The lawyer Ann Ogg, who fought for his release, should hang her head in shame, because the normal people in the street whom she faces every day will feel disgust at her deed, and would gladly see her face a prison sentence when Bermingham's next victim comes to light.
As I repeat frequently in this blog, "CRIMINALS HAVE NO RIGHT TO THE HUMAN RIGHTS LAWS." THESE LAWS WERE INTRODUCED TO PROTECT THE INNOCENT."
WAKE UP YOU STUPID POLITICIANS AND SO CALLED JUSTICE MINISTERS AND GET THIS LAW SORTED SO IT CARRIES OUT THE JUSTICE IT WAS INTRODUCED FOR, OR PAY THE PRICE YOURSELVES.

EU rules exploited again.

Once again I have to bring up the subject of criminals gaining from the ridiculous human rights laws.
A headline in The Scottish Daily Record states SCOTLAND FACES HUMAN RIGHTS TIMEBOMB. Thousands of CRIMINALS could fight for their FREEDOM after human rights experts branded confessions extracted by Scottish police ilegal.
Scotland is one of just a few EU countries where suspects cannot demand legal advice when they are being grilled by police. Lawyers are beginning to lodge bids to have evidence from interviews thrown out. This ridiculous move can go back as far as the year 2000, costing the country a fortune on appeals and clogging up the courts not to mention the compensation these rightly convicted criminals could claim for. Worse still, some of these freed could be dangerous criminals and public lives could be at risk but what steps are being taken to stop this? NONE!
Is it not time something was done to plug the gaping loopholes in this very dangerous law that has only created the opposite results it was originally designed for? How many more times will I have to write about this system being abused by criminal lawyers who would be better putting their legal minds to good use by GETTING THIS LAW ALTERED!
The exploitation of these rulings has gone too far and its time the government woke up to this fact and do something about it before they are made bigger fools of than they already are.
The laws were easily made so there is nothing to stop them being revised quickly to prevent this exploitation, before our streets and economy ends up in a more disastrous state than they already are.

If the judges were to visit the graves.

petal dreamImage by Lori-B. via Flickr

Once again the British justice system has let down the family of a murder victim by giving John Wilson a minimum twelve year jail sentence. In a premeditated, frenzied attack he stabbed his ex-girlfriend Michelle Stewart ten times which according to the law in this country (or this judge) only warrants a minimum jail sentence of twelve years.
Time and time again the families of these victims are left dejected when hearing the farcical sentences given out by judges driven by the human rights brigade and the cost of keeping prisoners in jail. There is no need for these lenient sentences to be handed out as this is one time when the taxpayer would gladly pay to see justice done rather than see their money go to overpaid bankers.
It is time for judges to put the victims first and foremost in their minds when passing sentence rather than the feeble human rights brigade who if they had their way would see all criminals taken by the hand and given counseling thinking that will make these killers better people.
It has been proved that these methods do not work because when most of them are released they soon commit the same crimes they were convicted of before, and this recent scum John Wilson will be released at the age of thirty two young enough to have a life, (something he deprived Michelle of) and young enough to kill again for the same reason.
Perhaps if the judges and the human rights mob were to visit the graves along with the grieving families they would see first hand the true pain left behind by callous killers and justice could once again be served in our courts.

Some people live behind security gates already.

Women's Prison in HeidelbergImage by Rainer Ebert via Flickr

I am going to make this short and sweet. Europe wants to give all prisoners a vote.
Why don't we just let them all out now? Think of the millions that would be saved by not having to feed them, not paying wages to guards and we could use the prison buildings for hotels as that is what they practically are anyway. Or perhaps we could use them TO KEEP US SAFE WHEN THESE NUTTERS ARE LET OUT! Let the minority of the idiots that think these scum should be taken by the hand instead of being punished wander the streets at night when they are allowed to roam free and see how long the world would survive in their disillusioned idea of life.
It is coming to be that these idiots who are always ranting on about human rights for prisoners are going to succeed in creating a situation where the only need for prisons will be for the honest people of the world to seek refuge behind bars and security walls with C.C.T.V. cameras.
Some places in the world already have decent citizens living behind security gates in their normal houses so think on all you do-gooders because that is the future YOU are bound for if you continue on your stupid quest.
