Brussels in Belgium and the European Union
Image via Wikipedia
European Union
Image via Wikipedia
The £250,000 answer to the European crisis.

Hitler started a war in his attempt to have a united Europe that he could dictate to.
Think of the millions of lives that could have been saved if he had come up with the idea of peacefully brainwashing European leaders into forming a European Union instead.
It appears that, although we are being dictated to through Brussels, (the headquarters of the Union,) it is Germany and France who are pulling the strings.
Looking up from his pit in HELL, Hitler must be pleased with Angela Merkel, while kicking himself at the same time.

But alas, world wars or brainwashing to form a European Union, the outcome is the same.
A complete disaster!
It's a pity our politicians hadn't the brains or fore site to realise that this idea was always doomed to failure as is now proving.
If the British public had been given the chance of a referendum (as was their entitlement) at any of the changes made since  we agreed to the Common Market policy, Europe would not now be going through the problems it now has to contend with.
Proof positive that the public should be listened to by the politicians who were voted in to look after our interests, not to be brainwashed by other European leaders into thinking that such a union would be a success for all concerned.
The foundations have been rocked so much now that recovery is nigh impossible and if not sooner, it will be later when total collapse occurs.
When it does, Europe and the rest of the world will be far better off.
We need to go back to individual countries, each with their own currencies and laws to create the competition for success.
The head man of "WHICH" has offered £250,000 to anyone who can solve the European crisis, so I hope he reads this and he, and the leaders of Europe realizes that even though it may take time it will have a better outcome than anything they have come up with.

A rally of the trade union UNISON in Oxford du...
Image via Wikipedia
The country strikes.
Democracy or dictatorship.

We have an unelected government trying to run the country with an iron rod by threatening to alter the laws to make it harder for unions to strike, a feat already carried out by a Tory government under Thatcher. They have punished genuine disabled people by depriving them of mobility money that they desperately need and have come to depend on, and in the process it has cost the taxpayers more than it will save.
All they have done since they took over office is come up with various methods of fleecing every last penny out of the general public and attempting to trample the most needy under foot to keep them at rock bottom where our non-elected government appear to think they should stay.
Always in time of recession its the poorer who have to work and make sacrifices while the rich just keep on getting richer.
The strike, and the fact that other strikes are planned is one way that the underdogs can show unity in a peaceful way against the dictatorship that is now running the country.
The way things have been going recently, Britain can no longer call herself a democracy as the unelected government takes no heed of the people they are supposed to represent.
They should think themselves lucky that its only strikes they have to contend with for now.
We have seen what has happened to dictatorships recently, and if they continue on the course of action they are on, they might well see uprisings here, as the general public are not willing to be taken for fools any longer.

Scottish justice.

Its two years now since Abdelbaset al-Megraghi was released from a Scottish prison, using the excuse of only having around three months to live.
If it is not bad enough that he is still surviving, we have to have our noses rubbed in it by hearing that it is due to a drug that cancer sufferers in this country cannot obtain.
Scotland's First Minister Alex Salmond still maintains he is not embarrassed at the decision to release him, but he is not speaking for the majority of the Scottish nation who are.

Another slur on the Scottish Justice system this week has been reported in the media and although it is more to do with the much abused Human Rights Laws it still is making a mockery of the so called justice here.

"Limbs in the Loch" murderer William Beggs has won another day in court as he bids to have his name put on the voters roll of his home town Kilmarnock, which is the same town his victim came from and was murdered in.

Since his imprisonment ten years ago he has been allowed to abuse the Human Rights Law at every cut and turn, amassing costs to the taxpayer through legal aid to the tune of over one million pounds.

Altering the Human Rights Laws is overdue and bringing cases like this to the attention of the idiots who sit and make laws that can only benefit criminals should be made a priority before they are allowed to ridicule the system any more.

Scum like Beggs brings out so much hatred in decent honorable people that they begin to think about bringing back hanging.

This scum should have been hanged then we would not have to see his face smirking at us from a newspaper every time he finds another way to ridicule these stupid laws.

If not hanging, then thrown in a dark corner and forgotten about with a bit of bread and water to satisfy his hunger. That way he would have no time to rummage through the law books provided by the taxpayers for the luxury hotel they call a prison.

Megrahi and Beggs are just two who have made a fool of Scottish justice albeit aided and abetted by others and even though it is too late to save face over these atrocious misuses of our justice system, it is not too late to alter the laws to accommodate the downtrodden that they were originally intended for.

Its time to wipe the smirk off Beggs face, and all the other scum criminals who are making a mockery of our courts and our Politicians.
Withdraw Their Human Rights as they do not deserve any protection through them, and do not allow them the benefit of legal aid.
If they want to pursue any appeals or prisoners rights let them fight it with their own money.

Common sense in our legal system is long over due and while Alex Salmond might not be embarrassed about it, the majority of his electors are, so its time they were adhered to as it is their money that is being abused and their way of life that is being affected by all this disgrace.

It beats me why the Human Rights Activist have any sympathy for these scum, but it is partly their fault that the justice systems of the world are being made a mockery in this way, and if it is allowed to continue all of mankind will suffer, directly or indirectly.

Human Rights Brigade.

human rightsImage by Sean MacEntee via Flickr
JUSTICE SERVED TO RIOTERS.

Once again when justice is seen to be served in our courts the famous war cry from the Human rights brigade rears its ugly head.
They are now claiming that the sentences being handed out in court to the looters and rioters from last weeks disgrace are too severe.
It is obvious that none of them suffered the loss of their business stock or were burned out of house and home by these criminals, nor would any of them have been terrorized by these thugs when being involuntary caught up in the riots.
Do they not realize that it is thanks to them that discipline has been taken from the home and justice taken from our courts.
The Human Rights Laws have been taken to the extreme by this minority and it is mainly because of this that these riots took place.
Thanks to them, parents are afraid to chastise their children, and our police forces are afraid to do their job in case of reprisals from the abused Human Rights laws.
The only way to prevent more of these riots taking place is to dish out severe sentences to these lawless mobs or it will become more common place.
Discipline begins in the home from where respect arises and these two important factors are what is sadly missing in today's society.

Englands riots.

The main reason for the rioting in England is the lack of discipline in the past and the misuse of the Human Rights laws coming home to roost.

The police had to stand and watch the thugs run riot because thanks to the goody goodies, the police were too afraid of repercussion to their actions thanks to the misuse of the Human Rights rulings.
The police are not living in fear of the thugs and criminals, they are living in fear of the very people they are trying to protect, who jump at every chance they get to find fault in everything they do.
What good is a police force when it has come to this?
It is time that offenders such as these and all convicted criminals were refused Human Rights, then maybe our police forces could go in with some confidence when having to deal with these situations.

These disgusting scenes will become more common place in our streets if sense is not allowed to prevail and punishment is brought back to all levels of our society.

There is never any justice dished out in our courts to appease the victims of crime and in recent years all criminals are able to seek refuge or compensation by using a law that was introduced to protect the downtrodden of this world, not to be abused by anyone who discovers a loophole.

Its time to wake up to this ridiculous abuse of the Human Rights law, use it for the purpose and people it was meant to protect or the consequences will become even more dire.

These recent events prove that you cannot fight violence with a softly softly approach when all you succeed in doing is be laughed at by criminals.
Its time to take a stand and bring discipline back into our society, starting with the home, our schools and the courts.

The fools who think we should have sympathy for these thugs should be sent to the front line to face the thugs and see then if their tactics work.
They wouldn't be so quick to shout about Human Rights for everyone when they were being attacked.

Use the law in a sensible way and maybe then we will all sleep easier at night.

MacAskill and Scotlands shame.

EDINBURGH, UNITED KINGDOM - AUGUST 20: Justice...Image by Getty Images via @daylifeThe pictures across the media of Megrahi sitting at a Libyan government rally in support of Gaddafi brings home the shame Scotland has to bear every time this convicted murderer mocks the decision of MacAskill to release him on compassionate grounds.
Every day over the three months he was forecast to have left to live, thanks to his supposed cancer is a day too long, and now that it is almost two years since his release, and given the situation in Libya I wonder how much guilt MacAskill is feeling.
The answer is NONE I suppose as he has never been man enough to admit his error nor is he ever expected to do so.
We in Scotland who never approved of Megrahi's release can only apologize to all the people who suffered and are still suffering through the evil deed he was found guilty of.
It will always be Scotland's shame although it was not the wishes of the majority of the nation's people, but we elected the idiot MacAskill who would rather see murderers walk free rather than pay the price for their crimes.
It saddens me to see him appear on TV without any remorse, and with his head held high by the brass neck on his shoulders.
His arrogance is a stern reminder to all proud Scots not to give fools like him the chance to make stupid decisions like this again.

Voting for or against the alternative vote

The government and some politicians are blaming the voting system for the
present coalition government and now want to change the system to try and
prevent it happening too often in the future.
The only reason we have a coalition government is because the electorate never
had enough faith in any one party to give any individual a majority decision,
hence the reason we have two unelected parties at the helm for the time being.
The government should wake up to this fact and stop trying to blame the system
rather than the truth.
We had no faith in any of them then, and altering the system will not restore
that faith, only decent manifestos, that is the only way to to prevent coalition
governments.
The cost of running this needless referendum is just more money squandered by a government who pleads poverty when they are fleecing us but seem to have enough to give away to other countries or to spend willy-nilly as they wish.

Council tax promises.

With the coming elections in Scotland all the parties involved are fighting the battle with
promises of Council Tax cuts, freezing the payments again, or stopping payments
altogether for pensioners earning £10,000 or under.

Between all these promises we have to remember that when the financial crisis
became apparent it was revealed that most Councils had money stashed in foreign
banks. (For a rainy day was the excuse)

Thanks to the financial crisis we became aware that councils had millions stashed away in banks like Iceland after pleading poverty to us for years and the money was being withheld by the Icelandic government.

As far as I know the money was released eventually, but we would never had know about these extra coffers if it had been left to our councillors.

All these revelations and promises just goes to show what we suspected all along.

We have been getting ripped off and have been paying through the nose for our council taxes in the years before the freeze on this tax ever took place.
It makes you wonder how many other tricks or illusions they will use to pull the wool over our eyes before we go to the polls, and how many lies and broken promises will be revealed after the elected party has been sworn in, and their true policies come to light.

financial manipulation.

TOKYO - OCTOBER 24: The exchange rate, Japane...Image by Getty Images via @daylifeAfter the recent tragedies to hit Japan, to avoid an imminent credit crunch they have sold off the Yen to drop it's value from a fifteen year high against the dollar.

It is not unusual for Japan to manipulate their currency to suit the currency markets, but it has been more prominent in dispatches this time due to the fact that they are at the forefront where news is concerned with all the troubles the country has been going through.

China, Venezuela and Brazil have all recently benefited from financial manipulation of currency to bolster their own ecomomies, we on the other hand manipulated ours to scam the taxpayers.

The fact that they can manipulate their currency to suit is proof that any country can do likewise.

We the taxpayers are now paying through the nose because the money men in the main financial countries of the world decided that they would manipulate our currency and financial markets to suit them.

The bank deficit was nothing more than a scam to suit the financial wizards of the world so that they could make more cash and keep the fortunes they had already gathered, and the enormous pensions they have in waiting, safe.

We the muppets of the world were conned into believing that the banks had got it all wrong and lost all their money in an instant, hence we the taxpayers would have to bail them out.

If that was not financial manipulation I don't know what is.

Japan has shown this is what happens when "the powers that be" want to alter means to meet their ends and we are just supposed to fall into line with what they want.

All the promises of getting the construed deficit down quickly so we will be able to get back to the financial security we were at before this scam is all hogwash. It is known from past experience, once the markets are suited to the money men the cost of living wont change nor will any of the tax rises forced on us come down.

The only thing I will say has changed is the fact that we are no longer the muppets we were once taken for and we will now only stand for so much before we fight back.

After the budget this week, if all the drastic cuts are going to hit us as hard as they predict, we will see a fightback by all the taxpayers as we are no longer fooled by the tricks of the elected politicians or financial wizards of the world.

People power will not only be prominent in the so called third world countries but uprisings will take place in the western countries that are responsible for this scam, Britain being one, so the Chancellor had better beware on Wednesday.

Protests, strikes and riots will escalate as we the people let them know that we have had enough of their scams and that it is us who are the backbone of these countries not them.

Without the people whom they are scamming there would be nothing to trade, no source of riches for them to languish in and we would become part of the third world countries we watch strive for survival every day.

Insurance injustice.

The recent ruling by the judges at the European Court of Justice is totally out of order as the insurance companies do not assess policies by sexism, but by facts on driving gained by years of experience and dealing with accident statistics.

This is just another case of these idiots having to be seen justifying their jobs by changing acts that they should have no jurisdiction over.

What were they thinking when they passed this law? Did they never stop to consider where it might lead?
This idiotic decision could result in the older, more responsible drivers having to pay a substantial amount more on their policies if the next law they decide to change is, that the insurance companies are being ageist.

The way things stood was the more sensible option with accident facts being taken into consideration, and if that means that younger girls, and the older, more experienced drivers pay less than the young boys who, on the whole want to speed and test their cars to the limit, then so be it.

The judges have not looked at the facts and the real reason for the differences in policies and instead of investigating and changing laws they constantly make a hash of, they should be looking at how incompetent they are at doing their job and RESIGN!

The Megrahi abomination rumbles on.

The Cabinet are (l to r): Cabinet Secretary fo...Image via WikipediaSo Alex Salmond has said that if his criminal loving party manages to get re-elected this year that he will try to reveal evidence as to why Megrahi might have been wrongly convicted.

This will be his way of trying to grovel back into the good books of the large part of the Scottish public who were disgusted at Megrahi's release.
No promise that he will reveal it, because it is not in his power to do so, but another brave attempt to lure voters back with idle talk.

If this evidence exists it should have been used to prove to all concerned that Megrahi was framed, but as Megrahi chose to be freed a convicted mass murderer rather than clear his name when the chance was offered, makes his guilt rather than his innocence the most likely outcome of such a trial......or umpteenth inquest whatever the case may be.

He was convicted and never proved to be innocent, therefore in the eyes of all those who are convinced he is guilty of 270 murders, (which is the biggest percentage of the British and American public,) he will always be guilty.

Even though he is reported to be in a coma and his death expected at anytime he will get no sympathy from the people who regard him to be guilty as he has lived a life of luxury since his release 17 months ago.
The people who think the way I do, still would like to have seen him die in jail suffering the way he made so many others suffer.

He deserves no compassion nor does Alex Salmond and his party at the election as Megrahi was not the only guilty criminal the S.N.P. released during their term.
It would suit the S.N.P. fine if prisoners were allowed the vote as at least they would be sure of them, though maybe not enough to get them back at the helm.

Megrahi was supposed to have died 14 months ago,and whether its true that he is in a coma or not, his death cannot come quickly enough.
As for Salmond and his party..........they died when Megrahi was released.
When the election results are announced hopefully Megrahi will be watching from the hell he should be banished to in death, and know it was his doing that banished the S.N.P.to the hell of the back benches.

The Bankers fury.

So the bank bosses are furious that the Chancellor, George Osborne is going to take an
additional £800million levy off them, making it two and a half billion pounds
per annam long term.
Not nearly as angry as the British public were when their money was handed over
willy-nilly by the government to the so called Mega banks when we bailed them
out of the hole they dug for themselves leaving us with a large deficit to
clear, and them in clover reaping disgusting bonuses.
Now they are taking the huff like babies because the government is trying to
rectify the fact that they are not paying back their debt to us quickly enough.
They are threatening to pull out of talks with the government about Project
Merlin, talks that concern their pay, bonuses and the way the banks are lending.
Until they pay back all of their debts to us, they work for us and should be
forced by the government to tow the line and do what they are told.
If they want to leave their job or take their banks elsewhere, do so once they
can call the banks their own again.
They are only Mega banks nowadays thanks to the taxpayers.

3D films and TV.

Home theater projection screen displaying a hi...Image via WikipediaYou cannot receive a three dimensional picture on a flat screen and they should not be advertised as such as it is false advertising and misleads the consumer which is illegal.
The glasses they provide only enhances the picture and gives the same effect as an HD TV set, therefore they should be advertised as High definition movies or TV, NOT three dimensional even though they might appear to have more definition.
Only when you can alter your position and be able to see behind or around the object or person on screen,or touch an object on any part you chose will it be able to be called 3D.
