Scottish justice.

Its two years now since Abdelbaset al-Megraghi was released from a Scottish prison, using the excuse of only having around three months to live.
If it is not bad enough that he is still surviving, we have to have our noses rubbed in it by hearing that it is due to a drug that cancer sufferers in this country cannot obtain.
Scotland's First Minister Alex Salmond still maintains he is not embarrassed at the decision to release him, but he is not speaking for the majority of the Scottish nation who are.

Another slur on the Scottish Justice system this week has been reported in the media and although it is more to do with the much abused Human Rights Laws it still is making a mockery of the so called justice here.

"Limbs in the Loch" murderer William Beggs has won another day in court as he bids to have his name put on the voters roll of his home town Kilmarnock, which is the same town his victim came from and was murdered in.

Since his imprisonment ten years ago he has been allowed to abuse the Human Rights Law at every cut and turn, amassing costs to the taxpayer through legal aid to the tune of over one million pounds.

Altering the Human Rights Laws is overdue and bringing cases like this to the attention of the idiots who sit and make laws that can only benefit criminals should be made a priority before they are allowed to ridicule the system any more.

Scum like Beggs brings out so much hatred in decent honorable people that they begin to think about bringing back hanging.

This scum should have been hanged then we would not have to see his face smirking at us from a newspaper every time he finds another way to ridicule these stupid laws.

If not hanging, then thrown in a dark corner and forgotten about with a bit of bread and water to satisfy his hunger. That way he would have no time to rummage through the law books provided by the taxpayers for the luxury hotel they call a prison.

Megrahi and Beggs are just two who have made a fool of Scottish justice albeit aided and abetted by others and even though it is too late to save face over these atrocious misuses of our justice system, it is not too late to alter the laws to accommodate the downtrodden that they were originally intended for.

Its time to wipe the smirk off Beggs face, and all the other scum criminals who are making a mockery of our courts and our Politicians.
Withdraw Their Human Rights as they do not deserve any protection through them, and do not allow them the benefit of legal aid.
If they want to pursue any appeals or prisoners rights let them fight it with their own money.

Common sense in our legal system is long over due and while Alex Salmond might not be embarrassed about it, the majority of his electors are, so its time they were adhered to as it is their money that is being abused and their way of life that is being affected by all this disgrace.

It beats me why the Human Rights Activist have any sympathy for these scum, but it is partly their fault that the justice systems of the world are being made a mockery in this way, and if it is allowed to continue all of mankind will suffer, directly or indirectly.

The Megrahi abomination rumbles on.

The Cabinet are (l to r): Cabinet Secretary fo...Image via WikipediaSo Alex Salmond has said that if his criminal loving party manages to get re-elected this year that he will try to reveal evidence as to why Megrahi might have been wrongly convicted.

This will be his way of trying to grovel back into the good books of the large part of the Scottish public who were disgusted at Megrahi's release.
No promise that he will reveal it, because it is not in his power to do so, but another brave attempt to lure voters back with idle talk.

If this evidence exists it should have been used to prove to all concerned that Megrahi was framed, but as Megrahi chose to be freed a convicted mass murderer rather than clear his name when the chance was offered, makes his guilt rather than his innocence the most likely outcome of such a trial......or umpteenth inquest whatever the case may be.

He was convicted and never proved to be innocent, therefore in the eyes of all those who are convinced he is guilty of 270 murders, (which is the biggest percentage of the British and American public,) he will always be guilty.

Even though he is reported to be in a coma and his death expected at anytime he will get no sympathy from the people who regard him to be guilty as he has lived a life of luxury since his release 17 months ago.
The people who think the way I do, still would like to have seen him die in jail suffering the way he made so many others suffer.

He deserves no compassion nor does Alex Salmond and his party at the election as Megrahi was not the only guilty criminal the S.N.P. released during their term.
It would suit the S.N.P. fine if prisoners were allowed the vote as at least they would be sure of them, though maybe not enough to get them back at the helm.

Megrahi was supposed to have died 14 months ago,and whether its true that he is in a coma or not, his death cannot come quickly enough.
As for Salmond and his party..........they died when Megrahi was released.
When the election results are announced hopefully Megrahi will be watching from the hell he should be banished to in death, and know it was his doing that banished the S.N.P.to the hell of the back benches.

Megrahi's triumph.

On the anniversary of Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed Al-Megrahi's release from a Scottish prison having been the only person to be convicted of the Lockerbie bombing and given a life sentence, I would like to take the time to congratulate Alex Salmond and Kenny MacAskill on their allegiance to Libya and terrorism everywhere.

Their kind gesture will assure a welcome in the hillside if they ever visit Tripoli but I would very much doubt if they will ever get one in America, and they certainly do not deserve one in Scotland either.

Megrahi's compassionate release on the grounds that he had only three months to live must be a real comfort to all the people who suffered through his atrocity.
Now that we are being told he could live for anything up to seven years or beyond, will not only make them overjoyed at every day of freedom he now enjoys in luxury, but will also give encouragement to all the other despicable murderers in Scottish jails who, having been given deserved LIFE sentences will now be looking forward to walking our streets sometime soon with the opportunity to KILL again.

Convicted killers who have been given LIFE sentences should never be released under any circumstances and should most definitely die in jail, or why bother to call it a life sentence?

MacAskill is supposed to be the Scottish Minister for Justice and Alex Salmon is supposed to act on behalf of the Scottish people.
MacAsill has failed to provide any justice here, and is an affront to Scotland, while his sidekick Salmond who backs him all the way, should stop trying to con the sensible people of Scotland into thinking he has our interests at heart, because after the Megrahi affair he has proved that the only interests he has at heart is himself and the criminal element of the world.

In releasing Megrahi they have committed a crime and should be given community service as a punishment, then be taken out of politics altogether and put somewhere where they can do no more harm.

It really infuriates me when I see these two blatantly proud of their actions and trying to include the people of Scotland as agreeing to it.

The people of Scotland are SICK AND TIRED of the leniency given to criminals here and the majority are disgusted every time we see or hear this pair on the TV, spouting their approval of this killers release.

They have no shame or they would have resigned long ago, instead they sit there stubbornly in office, being paid by the taxpayers who would gladly see the back of them.

If anyone out there doubts my words, it won't be long until I am proved correct at the looming elections.

Scotlands shame

It makes me cringe every time I see the the caption "Justice Minister for Scotland" under the name of Kenny MacAskill when he appears on our TV screens, with a smug look on his face to blatantly defend his decision to free al-Megrahi.
His sense of justice, along with Alex Salmond's is sadly lacking when they decided to release the murderer of 270 people on the grounds of compassion, claiming this was their only reason for the release, giving all sorts of excuses and quoting Scottish law in their defence, also trying to make out it was the wishes of the majority of the Scottish people.
They never once thought to explain why they have compassion for a mass murderer, a man who slaughtered 270 people over the skies of Lockerbie, and was the cause of so much trauma for the hundreds of people, made up of police, army and other rescue services involved in the recovery of limbs, and other body parts that were strewn around the hillsides.
They stand there, no shame, no remorse, and no thought for the victims or their families, almost proud that they were part of this despicable deed, despised by the Americans, and also despised by the majority of the Scottish people who they foolishly believe agreed with their outrageous decision.
The revulsion of the Scottish people will be shown in the coming election, when the Scottish National Party will be relegated to the shadows of the political back benches, their rise halted by one decision that shamed a nation.
Megrahi might have gotten away with his crime but the S.N.P. will not.

The Glasgow by-election.

First Minister Alex Salmond and Deputy First M...Image via Wikipedia

Alex Salmond's words of "A Scottish bloc of MPs will unblock Westminster" and "We shall use voting power to make London dance to a Scottish tune" would have had a better chance of ringing true had they not shown how incapable they really are of running the country,or making important decisions, by releasing Abdelbaset Ali Mohmed Al Megrahi. That is the rock they perished on, not past manifestos or future promises.
The Scottish people do not forget, even though it means a pathetic bunch of labour candidates getting in.
Its hard to know who to vote for in the coming general election as no one party seems able to carry out the duties required.
When it comes to the crunch it will be the lesser of two evils, a result none of the parties should be proud of.
The fact that the turnout for this by-election was the lowest turnout for a post-war Westminster by-election in Scotland, shows how interested the Scottish people are in electing the money grabbing crooks who now stand for parliament seats to line their own pockets rather than attend to the policies, and people they once used to care for.
Another reason might be the fact that we have been swallowed up by what is now the dictatorship of the European Union.
Either way the public can't win, and have no real say in political decisions, so why vote at all.
Until our voice is heard again the feeble bunch of British politicians can expect the same disdain at every election.

Alex Salmond should be showing some humility.

How to win votes and influence peopleImage by Matito via Flickr

So Alex Salmond is still desperate to have a referendum on Scotland going it alone, with his party, the Scottish National Party, set to continue governing Scotland.

Some people are so thick that they just never get the message, so let him have his referendum if he wishes, to drill it into his thick arrogant skull that his party have blown it by releasing the Lockerbie bomber against the wishes of the majority of the Scottish public.

This one deed has scuppered all the good work his party have achieved, and it has done enough to prove to the nation that they cannot be trusted to be put in a position of resposibility, so instead of being so arrogant in the Scottish parliament, he should be showing some humility, now he knows the Scottish people did not want Megrahi's release.

It would be better though if we just ignored his wishes, after all the election is creeping ever closer, and it would save money if we waited and voted him out then, which is going to happen whether he believes it or not.

Anyway why should we grant his wishes when he never granted the scottish nation theirs, by keeping Megrahi in prison until he was dead?

Megrahi, the rock the Scottish National Party perished on.

EDINBURGH, UNITED KINGDOM - AUGUST 20: Justice...Image by Getty Images via Daylife

Exactly one week and one day after I conveyed the disgust of the majority of the Scottish nation, a poll has been published comfirming everything I wrote.
The media is almost echoing the contents of my last post, word for word, even using the term of the "Saltire fluttering limply" compared to my words of "the National emblem we are so proud of, wilting." Hummm! Maybe I reach more folk than I first thought, but Alex Salmond is certainly not one of them as his pig headedness is still preventing him to admit, that he and the Scottish National Parties Minister of Justice got it wrong.
After listening to the results of the polls which gave the Scottish nation an overwhelming majority in favour of Megrahi dieing in jail, Alex Salmond, Scotlands first Minister still backed McCaskill's decision to release this mass murderer.
FIRST MINISTER HE MAY BE NOW, BUT NOT FOR MUCH LONGER!
In trying to wheedle his way out of the situation he had the audacity to say that in the same poll the Scottish people said McCaskill should keep his job. Of course they did,why sack him now when they can vote him out soon, showing that way how much we despised his actions.

McCaskill has never been emotionally involved in this situation, and although deals have been denyed, we never expected them to admit to such a thing anyway, and any emotion McCaskill will show is when the praise he will get from the outgoing Prime Minister Gordon Brown, as his betrayal of the Scottish nation is heaped upon him for the sake of a few barrels of oil. The words "THIRTY PIECES OF SILVER" spring to mind.

Just as the S.N.P. were emerging from the shadows, with promising policies, they have let slip, in one fell blow, the fingertip grip they had on forming an unopposed government in Scotland.
They are just another party who gave out false hopes, then went against the wishes of the very people who put them there.

After this international affront and betrayal, they are about to slip back into the shadowy seats of politics for a very long time. The Scottish people have been let down badly, and will show this in the ever nearing elections, sending a message to all parties that they HAVE to listen to the majority, and not do as they please, no matter what deal is put before them.
As for the Saltires flying in Libya because the Libyans thought the Scottish people were civilized, well we are and would have kept Megrahi in prison until he died, it was them and McCaskill who were uncivilized betraying two nations, Scotland and America by going against their wishes.

Once again I will say, this time with proof, McCaskill, DID NOT SPEAK FOR THE SCOTTISH NATION!
The Scottish nation will speak for international justice when they vote these embarassments out of office.
Little justice in an unjust world.
