The Megrahi atrocity.

If anyone was ever in any doubt about the disgust of the Americans over Megrahi being released on farcical, compassionate grounds, then these doubters should now think again.

The senators in America are asking for an enquiry into why he was released, supposedly having only three months to live, and now, after almost a year, we are being told he could live for anything from ten to twenty years yet.

If the American people were not bothered any more about this farce then they would not want to spend time and money on a case they couldn't care less about.

The whole thing was a farce right from the beginning, as it took more than one man to carry out the Lockerbie bombing, which means there are plenty others who got off scot-free, with Megrahi being made the fall guy for them.

This should never have meant that he got released without proving his innocence,as a life sentence should mean life, and he was found guilty of 270 murders thanks to his part in bringing down the Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie with a bomb.

He refused his chance to prove if he was innocent or not, and in the eyes of the law he is guilty, and should have ended his life in prison, not that his prison cell was any hardship.

270 lives taken and not one bit of consideration for the victims or their families, no one ever paying the price for these deaths, other than the loved ones left behind who had to try and pick up the pieces of their ruined lives, ruined by the unscrupulous politics of a minority of people who, rather than live in peace, would rather terrorize the worlds peace loving population for their own greedy gain, or revenge.

Politics was at the root of it all, and anyone involved in this atrocity should hang their heads in shame,be it for their part in the bombing, or their part of the farcical justice, but instead we have hypocritical visits by politicians to the memorials erected to the dead, where they pretend to care.

This is the world we live in now, and these are the disgusting people who have infiltrated our governments, with no shame or conviction of what real justice should be.
Never before has the phrase "THE LAW IS AN ASS" been so appropriate.

Lockerbie,The disgrace continues.

Every move Gadaffi is making now is just adding more insult to injury, to the victims of the Lockerbie bombing. A hero's welcome for Megrahi, and now all this farce in America. Its only just over twenty years ago in 1986 that the American air force bombed the place where Gaddaffi was staying with the intention of killing him, but when the task failed he appeared to change his ways, until the Lockerbie bombing occurred, now he is to address the United Nations IN America.
This and the release of Megrahi to a hero's welcome is a kick in the teeth for everyone of the victims of the bombing, but then again its usually someone close to you that does the kicking, or it comes from the least unexpected source, so what else should we expect in the kind of world we live in now?
The problem is, we elect these people to carry out our wishes, and once they are in, our wishes are ignored.
It might come as a surprise to some folk,but the majority of the world are shocked and disappointed at these events,even though our politicians are not, whether they like to admit it or not. They can ignore the public outcry, and horror, but what they should remember is, THE PEOPLE HAVE THE FINAL SAY,so they should not be surprised when their anger is shown at the elections.
Obama had to go through the affront of Gadaffi speaking after him, and although these talks are supposed to include world peace, it must have been difficult for him knowing the feelings of his nation.

Gadaffi was welcomed by the other world leaders, isn't it amazing how easily you are welcomed back into the fold when your country has an abundance of oil, as other sources begin to dwindle.
Wealth can corrupt, but you expect loyalty from your elected leaders, oil or no oil, and the feelings of the America people on Gadaffi should have been taken into consideration by our leaders, also if Gadaffi was the good guy he is now trying to portray, he should have had the decency to give this one a miss, then we MIGHT begin to believe he is ready to comform.

The picture shown seems to be appropriate as it might bring back the memories of the atrocity brought about by the Lybian leaders crime.

Kenny McCaskill, Injustice Minister.

It is time the courts stopped using the term "life sentence" as it no longer has any meaning in this country, because no one serves a life sentence nowadays no matter how many murders they commit, or how horrific they are.

Take the Lockerbie bomber for instance......270 lives.......A 27 YEAR LIFE SENTENCE he was handed out, that works out at 1 year for every ten victims.
Now they expect us to have some compassion because he is supposed to be dieing of cancer. SO WHAT! A life sentence WAS supposed to mean the convict died in jail, not serve so many years, then get released with the chance to commit more murders, and even if they are dieing, what gives them the right to go home to die.

WERE THE INNOCENT VICTIMS OF THE LOCKERBIE BOMBING ALLOWED TO DIE AT HOME?

If ever a job had the wrong title it is Kenny McCaskill's. JUSTICE MINISTER? WHAT JUSTICE?

Where is the justice in British courts nowadays?
Even if AL-Megrehi is only a fall guy to cover for the other people involved, he still played his part in the bombing, he knew he was to be tried for the murders, and allowed himself to become the fall guy, so he deserves to die in jail.

What it all boils down to is, that they want us to feel sorry for a mass murderer, and let the poor wee soul home to die.

Why don't we just release all the prisoners from jail and send them home. THEIR families will be missing them too, and after all its only costing the taxpayer money keeping them locked up for the little time they will be serving anyway.

The justice minister, and the European law on human rights was originally set up to help the victims, now they actually fight for the criminals rights, so I think its time for a change of title for them both.

THE EUROPEAN COURT OF INHUMAN RIGHTS! and THE INJUSTICE MINISTER!

Think on that, Kenny McCaskill, and all the other idiots that feel sorry for criminals.

Legal aid awarded to sex beasts.

The arrogant sex beasts Dean Stewart and Adam Carruthers are conspiring to try and get their police pension rights back and as Carruthers has already managed to spend £100,000 of tax payers money from legal aid on his first appeal which left him with 35 percent of his pension, we have to ask the question; why is he being allowed to appeal again? Both of these men should have had all of their pensions taken away from them with NO appeals considered especially at the cost of the tax payers who fork out the money towards legal aid and despise the fact that their money is being abused in this way. Carruthers has already been awarded more than he is entitled to so any other moves by him should be paid by him and the money he has already conned the tax payer out of should be paid back. As for Dean Stewart, the lesson should have been learned from Carruthers case and the protests by the public taken into consideration to ignore any claims by people like them. The Lockerbie bomber is another example of our system allowing too many appeals and although ill he is the fall guy for the murder of all the victims, life should mean life. What sympathy did all the conspirators in this deed have for their victims, so why should any compassion be shown towards him or them?
I have said this before and owing to the stupidity of our courts I will have to say it again, again, WHY ARE SCUM LIKE THIS TAKEN BY THE HAND IN THIS COUNTRY AND THE VICTIMS PUNISHED?
Stupid needless appeals like these of which there are hundreds clog up our courts and drain the money needed for legitimate cases and the lawyers who entertain these scum should hang their heads in shame.
