The Megrahi abomination rumbles on.

Image via WikipediaSo Alex Salmond has said that if his criminal loving party manages to get re-elected this year that he will try to reveal evidence as to why Megrahi might have been wrongly convicted.

This will be his way of trying to grovel back into the good books of the large part of the Scottish public who were disgusted at Megrahi's release.
No promise that he will reveal it, because it is not in his power to do so, but another brave attempt to lure voters back with idle talk.

If this evidence exists it should have been used to prove to all concerned that Megrahi was framed, but as Megrahi chose to be freed a convicted mass murderer rather than clear his name when the chance was offered, makes his guilt rather than his innocence the most likely outcome of such a trial......or umpteenth inquest whatever the case may be.

He was convicted and never proved to be innocent, therefore in the eyes of all those who are convinced he is guilty of 270 murders, (which is the biggest percentage of the British and American public,) he will always be guilty.

Even though he is reported to be in a coma and his death expected at anytime he will get no sympathy from the people who regard him to be guilty as he has lived a life of luxury since his release 17 months ago.
The people who think the way I do, still would like to have seen him die in jail suffering the way he made so many others suffer.

He deserves no compassion nor does Alex Salmond and his party at the election as Megrahi was not the only guilty criminal the S.N.P. released during their term.
It would suit the S.N.P. fine if prisoners were allowed the vote as at least they would be sure of them, though maybe not enough to get them back at the helm.

Megrahi was supposed to have died 14 months ago,and whether its true that he is in a coma or not, his death cannot come quickly enough.
As for Salmond and his party..........they died when Megrahi was released.
When the election results are announced hopefully Megrahi will be watching from the hell he should be banished to in death, and know it was his doing that banished the S.N.P.to the hell of the back benches.

The Bankers fury.

So the bank bosses are furious that the Chancellor, George Osborne is going to take an
additional £800million levy off them, making it two and a half billion pounds
per annam long term.
Not nearly as angry as the British public were when their money was handed over
willy-nilly by the government to the so called Mega banks when we bailed them
out of the hole they dug for themselves leaving us with a large deficit to
clear, and them in clover reaping disgusting bonuses.
Now they are taking the huff like babies because the government is trying to
rectify the fact that they are not paying back their debt to us quickly enough.
They are threatening to pull out of talks with the government about Project
Merlin, talks that concern their pay, bonuses and the way the banks are lending.
Until they pay back all of their debts to us, they work for us and should be
forced by the government to tow the line and do what they are told.
If they want to leave their job or take their banks elsewhere, do so once they
can call the banks their own again.
They are only Mega banks nowadays thanks to the taxpayers.

3D films and TV.

Image via WikipediaYou cannot receive a three dimensional picture on a flat screen and they should not be advertised as such as it is false advertising and misleads the consumer which is illegal.
The glasses they provide only enhances the picture and gives the same effect as an HD TV set, therefore they should be advertised as High definition movies or TV, NOT three dimensional even though they might appear to have more definition.
Only when you can alter your position and be able to see behind or around the object or person on screen,or touch an object on any part you chose will it be able to be called 3D.

This wonderful world.

I have not written much in here for a while as it has been hard to decide what disaster or unjust cause to choose from out of so many.
All in all my year has not been too bad but when you take into consideration all the turmoil around the world, with unusual weather patterns and the usual wars, murders, political disasters and natural disasters etc you have to wish everyone a better time in 2011.

So from me, here is a toast to brighter future for all the world.

Government monopoly

Southern Ireland have found that they are in need of more money to bail them out of the recession that has been thrust upon us all, and Britain is considering supplying some of that money.
We are also going to fork out 14 million pounds between 16 men who were imprisoned in Guantanamo Bay detention camp. The latter being a ridiculous amount to pay to men who are suspected of terrorism, even though they might not have carried out any of the acts......... well not that we could prove anyway. These men were not just picked at random off the streets to make it look as if our security forces were worth their salt.
These men had been doing enough to warrant their arrest by showing some connection to terrorist groups and through this more acts of terrorism was prevented. Just because they did not commit any of these acts themselves does not mean that they were not involved in some way or would have carried out some had they not been detained.

It does puzzle me somewhat given that Britain is in the worst financial position since the second world war, or possibly ever, as to where we can find the money to bail out Ireland, pay millions to terror suspects and to compensate criminals who exploit the European Law of Human Rights.

It is obvious that the government deal in monopoly money taken from a bottomless pit, while WE the public have to work with real money, and budget our earnings to suit our income, an act governments around the world are incapable of carrying out.

The markets have to rise and fall to make it possible for the speculators to make money, be it monopoly or real, and if these markets keep on the up it brings the threat of prosperity to the poorer classes, so to keep us in our place recessions are concocted which gives the rich another stepping stone towards their next million.

The answer to any construed recession is to tax the poorer members of the community heavily which allows the rich to get richer, and knocking us back to square one again, all the time having been brainwashed into thinking it has to be done to repay money the government borrowed to keep Britain and other countries viable.

The cost of living rises every year and the amount of money our governments work with also rises, so much so that the astronomical amounts being mentioned now are so ridiculous that soon we will all be using monopoly money, as the point rapidly approaches when the financial wealth of the world is less than we are spending.

David Camerons visit to China

Image via WikipediaSome people in Britain are faulting David Cameron on his visit to China for concentrating his efforts on promoting business first instead of pointing out the faults regarding China's "human rights laws" or rather the lack of them.

If China is watching the disastrous attempts at justice in Europe that the European Courts of Human Rights has forced upon us then they must be disgusted at the very thought of Cameron, or any other European leader suggesting that they follow in their footsteps.

I am all for the human rights laws when they are used for the purpose they were introduced, but when criminals are the main beneficiaries then its time we looked at our own pathetic rules before preaching to others, no matter how cruel we seem to think their laws are.

I do not approve of some of the things China's dictatorship dishes out, but lessons could be learned from both parties on justice, as China at least treats crimes like rape and murder with the contempt they deserve and punish these offenders which make their streets a safer place to be than ours.
The victims of these crimes in China get justice which is more than can be said for us, so anyone who expects China to fall into our ways should think again, because the example Europe has set in that respect has made them a laughing stock rather than act to follow.

Once we start to use the "human rights laws" to benefit victims, and stop criminals abusing the system, then we might get countries like China and their like, to sit up and take notice, but until then we should keep our heads down and start protecting our own countrymen.

I am well aware of the political prisoners that they have in China, jailed for speaking against the regime, and for others who are punished for similar beliefs, but through time these dictatorships will soften and see the error of their ways as others have, though hopefully they wont go to the other extreme like us and have the criminals doing the dictating.

When these people commit their crimes they are well aware of the punishment it warrants (or should warrant) so they should forfeit all claims to the Human Rights Laws and all the other luxuries that are loaded upon them by the disillusioned do-gooders we seem to breed these days.

It used to be that the majority were catered for but nowadays its the minority who are listened to and it is taking us down a road we will never recover from if we let it continue.

By all means HAVE a human rights law but make sure it is the decent human beings who benefit from it, and not the scum who are allowed to abuse our system.
Sort that out and you will get the respect from other countries who might THEN listen to you, but until that time, realise how disgusted the majority of Europeans are at the misuse of this law never mind outsiders.

European laws on human rights.

Image via WikipediaOnce again we have the court of the European Law for human rights changing laws to suit the criminal.
Scotland has to fall into line with the rest of Europe and allow criminals who are being questioned to have a lawyer present at all times when being questioned.
I have no qualms with this, but I do object, if cases from the past are going to benefit from this new law, even if it was as soon as the day before this judgement comes into play.

The officers followed the law when questioning criminals of the past, so anyone questioned without a lawyer present then should not be considered to benefit from this NEW law as it has no relevance to past cases.
What chance have the police if all their hard work of the past is quashed by one of the new changes the European Union come up with every day just to prove to the community that they are still alive?

How many murderers and rapists are going to be freed because of this, and if they decide to change another law, are we always going to go back and look at old cases, fill our already over stretched courts to set more killers free?
Did the release of Megrahi not bring enough shame on our nation, or are we going to be a laughing stock again by letting more killers off scot free?

I have yet to hear of a case of an innocent victim being helped by the law of human rights, only criminals who do not deserve the use of this law.
The victims should be given more consideration than the criminals and any new laws should be for them, not rules that allows the criminal element of our society to make a bigger mockery of the system while having a good laugh at the leniency of justice in today's sad world.

For all the good they are to the innocent people it was designed for, it should be renamed "The European Court of Human Rights for Criminals," as they are the only ones who benefit from it.

Its a pity their laws and actions are not as impressive as their building in the picture above, then they might prove worthy of such a place to hold court, as it is an old hut would suffice.

For an organization that was contrived to HELP victims it does anything but!
It is time some common sense was brought back into our failing justice system and we start to punish criminals again.
If they want to keep on committing crimes then they must be prepared to take their punishment, not go crying to human rights and expect sympathy.
If in fact they commit serious crimes they should lose all entitlement to that law as some of the crimes committed are not humane, and do not justify protection from a court that is supposed to be for HUMAN RIGHTS!
These people are NOT human, and have NO rights.

The world is already suffering more at the hands of criminals thanks to the absence of justice, its time to take a stand or pity help our future generations.
